In most cases yes, we can despatch a technician to you asap. Outside normal working hours (07:00-18:00 Mon-Fri) we charge a call out fee plus charges for whatever treatment in necessary, inside normal working hours we only charge a treatment fee.
Not necessarily, for the initial survey yes, you or a representative for you must be present to approve our course of treatment. On subsequent visits you do not need to be present, provided you give us full access to the areas involved in treatment (please let us know in advance if you're not going to be in and let us know how we can gain access).
Some treatments may involve pesticides that require your property to be empty for some hours, we will let you know during our free survey if this is necessary and arrange an appropriate time with you.

Yes, we accept payment from most card providers, both credit and debit card. You can pay by card over the phone, or you can pay by card on one of our visits (we carry chip and pin machines for your convenience).

The initial survey is free. During the survey we will establish the pest problem you have and discuss specific pest treatments. You can find our basic treatment costs on our costs page.
